​Immaculate Conception School is a Catholic elementary school serving students in 3 year-old preschool through 8th grade.  Immaculate Conception School is committed to providing an excellent and safe learning environment centered in the Catholic faith.

Graduation time is finally here! Listed below are several dates and important
information regarding the days leading up to as well as the day of graduation.
Monday, May 9th: T-Shirt order forms and sizes due.
Friday, May 13th- All tuition must be paid up to date. Students with outstanding
tuition will not be allowed to graduate and diplomas will be withheld.
Friday, May 13th: $50 graduation Fee is due. This fee covers graduation       t-shirt, certificates, medals, flowers, cap and gown. Please send the graduation fee to the office.
Friday, May 27, 2022: Last full day of classes for PreK and Kindergarten.
Tuesday, May 31 st : Mass and graduation ceremony at 8:00 a.m.
All graduates are to wear their complete uniform, on the day of
graduation.
Girls: Kindergarten: blue school skirt, white blouse, school vest and 
sweater both with school shield, white knee-high socks, (NO TIGHTS), school tie, black shoes and white bow. PreK: their school light blue dress, white blouse, school sweater  with shield, white knee high socks, black shoes and white bow.
Boys: white school dress shirt, school vest and sweater both with school shield, navy blue dress pants, black shoes and school tie.

¡El tiempo de graduación finalmente está aquí! A continuación se enumeran varias fechas e importante información sobre los días previos y el día de la graduación.
Lunes, 9 de mayo: ultimo dia de las órdenes con tallas de camisetas.
Viernes, 13 de mayo:Toda la matrícula debe estar pagada al día. Estudiantes con saldo pendiente no se les permitirá graduarse y los diplomas serán retenidos.
Viernes, 13 de mayo: se debe pagar la cuota de graduación de $50. Esta cuota cubre la graduación, camisa, certificados, medallas, flores, togas, y birretes.  Por favor envíe la cuota de graduación  a la oficina.
Viernes 27 de mayo de 2022: Último día completo de clases para PreK y Kinder.
Martes 31 de mayo: Misa y ceremonia de graduación a las 8:00 a.m.
Todo graduado deberá portar su uniforme completo, el día de graduación.
Niñas: Kinder: falda escolar azul, blusa blanca, chaleco y suéter escolar,
ambos con escudo escolar, calcetines blancos hasta la rodilla, (NO MEDIAS), corbata, zapatos negros y moño blanco.
PreK: su vestido azul claro de la escuela, blusa blanca, sueter escolar con escudo, calcetines blancos hasta la rodilla, zapatos negros y moño blanco.
Niños: camisa de vestir blanca, chaleco escolar y suéter ambos con escudo escolar, pantalón de vestir azul marino, zapatos negros y corbata escolar.

Graduation time is quickly approaching! Here are
some important dates, as well as information that you need to know to ensure a smooth and successful graduation experience for everyone.
Friday, May 13th: All tuition must be up to date. Students with an outstanding balance
will not be allowed to graduate and diplomas will be withheld.
Graduation Fee: There is a graduation fee of $150 that is due by Friday, May 13th. This fee covers graduation t-shirts, certificates, medals, flowers, and cap and gowns. Please
send this fee to the office.
 The 8th grade ribbon ceremony will be Monday, May 23rd, after
8:00 a.m. mass. 8th grade parents may join us in this mass.
Thursday, May 26th: Last full day for the 8th graders.
Friday, May 27th: Confirmation at 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 28th: Graduation mass/ ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Students must
arrive at the school basement no later than 3:15 p.m. Students will put on caps and gowns once they arrive at the school, so please be on time. Balloons are not permitted in the church. All 8th grade graduates should come dressed appropriately.
The boys should wear dress pants, collared shirt, tie, and dress shoes.
Girls should wear an appropriate dress (with straps, to the knees, and properly covered) and dress shoes.
They will be wearing caps so hair should be worn down and make-up should be appropriate.

¡El tiempo de graduación se acerca rápidamente! Aquí están
algunas fechas importantes, así como información que necesita saber para garantizar una experiencia de graduación exitosa y sin problemas para todos.
Viernes, 13 de mayo: Toda la matrícula debe estar al día. Estudiantes con saldo pendiente no se les permitirá graduarse y los diplomas serán retenidos.
Cuota de graduación: Hay una cuota de graduación de $150 que vence el viernes 13 de mayo. Esta tarifa cubre camisetas de graduación, certificados, medallas, flores, togas y birretes. Por favor envíe esta cuota a la oficina.
 La ceremonia del listón de 8º grado será el lunes 23 de mayo, después Misa de 8:00 a.m. Los padres de 8vo grado pueden unirse a nosotros en esta misa.
Jueves 26 de mayo: Último día completo para los alumnos de 8º grado.
Viernes 27 de mayo: Confirmación a las 4 p.m.
Sábado 28 de mayo: La misa/ceremonia de graduación comenzará a las 4:00 p.m. Los estudiantes deben llegar al sótano de la escuela a más tardar a las 3:15 p. m. Los estudiantes se pondrán togas y birretes una vez que lleguen a la escuela, así que por favor sea puntual. No se permiten globos en la iglesia. Todos los graduados de 8vo grado deben venir vestidos apropiadamente. Los chicos deben usar pantalones de vestir, camisa con cuello, corbata y zapatos de vestir.
Las niñas deben usar un vestido adecuada (con tirantes, hasta las rodillas y debidamente tapada) y zapatos de vestir.
Llevarán birretes por lo que deberán llevar el cabello suelto y maquillarse adecuadamente.

All archdiocesan parishes, churches, schools and offices in all locations are mask-optional environments.Please note the following:
Schools
  • Anyone returning from a 5-day isolation or quarantine must still wear a mask at all times (indoors and outdoors) on days 6 - 10, during outdoor athletics and recess.
  • Following any required 5-day isolation/quarantine, families have the option to either:
    1. send a student back to school on day 6 with the understanding that the student will need to distance 6 feet at lunch and remain masked at all times, indoors and outdoors through day 10, or
    2. keep a student home for the full 10 days and send the student back to school on day 11
  • ​​​​​​​School families should report any COVID positive cases to the school office so appropriate communication can be shared with close contacts.
